Surveyor - Marks lot boundaries, minimum building lines, elevations as needed.
Foundation contractor - Footing, concrete block, concrete slab.
Plumber - Installs and connects all water and sewer lines, tubs, sinks, showers, fixtures.
Exterminatior - Chemically treat soil for termites.
Framer - Assembles wood frame of house, wall, subfloors, rafters. Install windows & doors.
Electrician - Wires house, install light fixtures, appliances.
Insulator - Install floor, wall, attic insulation.
Roofer - Install roofing (shingles) waterproofs chimneys and vents.
Heat & Air (HVAC) - Install climate control system, gas lines, dryer and fan ventilation.
Security contractor - Install all elements of home security system.
Cabinet maker - Manufacture and install kitchen and bath cabinets.
Dry wall contractor - Hang and finish drywall (wallboard, “sheetrock”)
Mason - Install brick, concrete block, stone.
Concrete contractor - Pour and finish concrete driveway, sidewalks, patio.
Painter - All interior and exterior painting and caulking.
