Safe Building Practices For Your Job
Signs
People can’t be hurt at your job site if they aren’t there.
“Private Property / No Trespass” or any other warning sign you can think of is a good idea.
Signs should be placed at multiple points at the site.
No one who isn’t part of a work or delivery crew should be there unless it is at your invitation, with you there with them.
Hard Hats Check with your building inspection department. Some jurisdictions require hard hats at all construction sites. As owner-builder, you’ll be walking around the job site frequently. Never get underneath any area where men are working, hard hat or not. | |
